With over 15 years of experience in dance, I have combined my passion for movement with a deep commitment to sharing and celebrating Aboriginal culture.
Since 2018, I have been delivering engaging workshops and choreographed routines in schools, using dance as a powerful tool for storytelling, cultural education, and expression.
Originally delivered in-person, these workshops have ranged from short sessions to full-day programs. Now based overseas, I have transitioned all sessions to a high-quality online format, ensuring continued access for schools across Australia.
Each workshop is thoughtfully tailored to suit the age group and abilities of participating students, creating an inclusive and meaningful experience for all.
If your school is looking to embed Aboriginal perspectives into the curriculum through dance, please complete the enquiry form below or email allira@deadlyasdesigns.com. I will respond within 1–3 business days to discuss how we can tailor a program to meet your needs.

Our dance choreography sessions run for approximately 35 to 45 minutes and are designed to support schools in celebrating Aboriginal culture through movement and storytelling.
Each routine can be customised to align with the annual NAIDOC theme or tailored to reflect a specific story—either from students' own experiences or their mob's cultural heritage.
At the beginning of the session, students are introduced to the concept behind the routine. The choreography is then taught in manageable sections, allowing time for students to learn the movement counts, practise with music, and build confidence step by step. A full run-through of the routine is completed at the end of the session.
Following the tutorial, you will receive:
Schools are welcome to perform the routine as part of assemblies, celebrations, or showcases. However, appropriate artist acknowledgment must be included either before or after any performance.
This program is ideal for both primary and secondary students and provides a meaningful way to engage with culture through creative expression.

Tutorials are roughly 40-45 minutes long
